UX Testing response

I have made a UX test using Google Forms to get feedback for my website. I left a link on my website for people to leave their feedback and thoughts about my website. I had prepared questions regarding my website. As of now, the total number of respondents is 6.

My website's home page was pleasing and clean for the first question. To my surprise, everyone was impressed with my homepage website. I would keep everything the same because it is already good enough. After all, I want to keep it simple and clean.

Regarding the website's navigation, users found it easy and straightforward to use. They reported that the navigation worked smoothly and was not complicated. The feedback received supports that the small number of navigations available was sufficient, and each of them worked well.

The "About Me" page and biography on my website were well-crafted, containing exciting information presented clearly and organised.

The responses towards my concept page were very positive. The users found that it was full of needed information. The users also found that it was well-organised and straightforward. It was simple for the users to navigate through my concept page.

The social links on my website were simple and clean. The users were able to use those links without any issues. The links were working well and went to the correct website.

The feedback from users regarding their willingness to recommend my website was overwhelmingly positive. Each respondent expressed a substantial likelihood of recommending the website to others.

The respondent complimented the mobile view of my website but suggested that some pictures were too large. I will address this issue.

The users were very pleased with my work and impressed with the outcome.

Overall, the users found my website was very well organised and clean. The website was simple and attracted people's attention. It is also filled with information about my project, and I was impressed with the finished product.

Research on the National Flower Of United Arab Emirates

For this post, I will share my research about the national flower of The United Arab Emirates, the Tribulus Omannense. I will create a boutique hotel in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, for my project. I will symbolise the country with the nation's flower, Tribulus Omannense. Since a boutique hotel is targeted at travellers, the concept of my hotel is inspired by the flower. Tribulus Omanense is a small flowering plant in the Zygophyllaceae family. Its delicate, yellow flowers have five petals and a distinct, spiky appearance (Anne, A. 2023). The flower is suitable for creating a hotel because of its simplicity, and it is easy to divide the rooms for the hotel. Since it has five petals, I made each petal a section for the hotel, for example, a lobby section and the rest of the rooms for each petal. Each petal will be enough to fit two hotel rooms. Although the number of rooms in my boutique hotel will be small, this will ensure a more personalised service to the customers, and the h...

WEEK SIX: Contacts

This is my contact page where you can reach out to me. I have listed the location of my workplace, which is the Art Factory. As I haven't decided whether to add my phone number or not, I have included a random number for now. You can contact me through my email address, and my website links such as Blogger and Instagram are also provided. This page which contains my contacts is a new page that I did and a button that leads to the page. The image above is a lightbox that I added at the very bottom of all of my pages.

Research on boutique hotel (Edited)

This post will be about my research on boutique hotels. The simplest definition of a boutique hotel is “a small, sophisticated, and fashionable business or establishment“. (Giulietta, 2024) Boutique hotels are mainly for people who travel for a short time and want a personalised experience during their stay. The boutique hotel interests me because of its size and the difference in experience compared to a typical hotel. The main reason behind this is that boutique hotels have better quality control, ensuring the guest experiences a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in these hotels' design makes them unique. Boutique hotels are usually made to be one-of-a-kind (WOOLF, 2023) and with that being stylish and trendy. Their designs are more towards elegance and luxury, but the prices are still reasonable. This is suitable for my project as the location for it is in Dubai. A developing country where there are a lot of travellers and tourists passing through. Also, Dubai is known f...
